Job Functions:
- Customer service and sales support functions.
- Schedule orders and route them appropriately.
- Oversee inventory and Invoice for jobs as completed.
- Work with quality and work to create efficient work flow in all areas.
- All other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or related role.
- Effective communication skills across phone, email, and in‑person interactions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a team‑oriented mindset, integrity, and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), email, and calendar applications.
- Skilled in spreadsheets for quick calculations.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and data entry.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of sales processes, order management, and client relationship maintenance.
- Experience preparing accurate quotes, proposals, and sales reports.
- Familiarity with ERP systems for inventory and pricing integration.
- Experience with inventory management, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors and manage purchase orders.
- Flexible and adaptable in production settings with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to read tape measures and communicate measurements accurately.
